Resin Star Faery and Elfin – The Birth of Henge Skulls’ Star Beings
Our journey began in 2010 with the collection of crystal skulls. By 2019, however, we felt called to create something more feminine, radiant, and alive. From this desire, our Star Elfin and Star Faery were born and are bespoke creations unique to Henge Skulls.
Based in the heart of Avebury, the largest prehistoric stone circle in Europe - and home to Silbury Hill and over 80% of the UK’s crop circles - Henge Skulls is grounded in a place of extraordinary energy. Avebury lies at the crossing of powerful ley lines and acts as a portal where the veil between dimensions is thin, making it a sacred space for creative and spiritual conception.
Avebury is a temple of the Divine Feminine, and this energy inspired the creation of our Star Beings - more feminine, beautiful, and energetically alive. The crop circles that appear around Avebury each year have deeply influenced the essence of these beings and are embedded in their energetic DNA.
Our Star Beings were conceived with the intention to radiate heart energy, gentleness, wisdom, and divine feminine presence — to act as meditative guides and bridges to higher realms. They serve as companions for those seeking to connect with beings from other dimensions, times, and states of consciousness.
The Star Elfin are influenced in part by the elegant, otherworldly characters in James Cameron’s Avatar and the cat-like, regal qualities of the Egyptian goddess Hathor. They possess striking features and a majestic presence. In contrast, our Star Faeries are designed to be gentler, more grounded, and closer to the earthly plane and embodying a softer beauty and nurturing spirit.
These beings are exclusive to Henge Skulls and are hand-carved from a variety of stunning natural crystals. Each carries the intention of spreading love, joy, and peace - a gift from the stars, anchored in the sacred earth of Avebury.
