Refund policy

Returns

If you need to return an item to us for any reason, please let us know before posting. 

All returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase. However, if the return is due to damage to the product, we require photographic evidence of any damage within 7 days of you receiving the item. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, you must have your receipt or proof of purchase (such as your packing slip), your item must be in the same condition that you received it. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) :

- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Returning your item (UK)


If bought in store, bring your item along with your proof of purchase within 30 days and if possible in the original packaging to prevent damage. 

If you are returning your product via post, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs, Henge Skulls is unable to compensate or reimburse you for these costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items as Henge Skulls cannot be held responsible for lost or missing parcels.

Returning your item (non-UK)

We understand that due to the time shipping can take, it may not be possible to return your item to us within 30 days of purchase. In this case we will make an exception. Due to our tracked service we are able to see when it arrived to you, so you will need to let us know as soon as possible if you require a return. 

If you are returning your product via post, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs, Henge Skulls is unable to compensate or reimburse you for these costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items as Henge Skulls cannot be held responsible for lost or missing parcels.

Avebury Printworks 

 

Returns

Avebury Printworks is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if customers ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

Damaged/defective products

In the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Avebury Printworks offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact info@hengeskulls.com within 14 days of product delivery. There is no need to return the damaged product but please send clear photos. If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
