Shipping policy

UK Shipping (This includes Isle of Man, Guernsey & Jersey)

We use Royal Mail First Class post and given the value & delicacy of our products we do not offer Standard delivery, instead we provide two shipping methods:

- UK Signed not Tracked 

- UK Special Delivery Tracked & Signed

Please Note: The price of postage is weight dependent. We offer 3 options of compensation, up to £50 compensation, £500 compensation and £1000 compensation. This is reflected in the price of the postage. Should you require more than this then please contact us for a price. 

All items are sent first class so you should receive your order the next working day. However, as a small village, our post office is not open every day like larger towns therefore, we cannot guarantee same day postage. 

As a general rule:

- Orders made on Monday (before 11am) or Wednesday, Thursday & Friday (before 4pm) will be sent the same day.

- Orders made after 4pm on Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be sent Monday. 

- The post office is CLOSED on Tuesday so orders made then will be sent on Wednesday. 

 

Worldwide Shipping

Royal Mail have split Worldwide Shipping into 6 ZONES: 3 European & 3 Rest of the World and the price & delivery time will differ for each zone (please see Royal Mail website for more details).

Delivery Estimates from the Royal Mail Website =

Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days *for Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria and Luxembourg* 

Worldwide delivery aim: 5-7 working days

UK Tax deducted at final checkout for non UK sales.

Please be aware that some orders to USA have been experiencing major delays that are beyond our control - It can take up to 4 weeks. 

 

Avebury Printworks Shipping Costs

 

All items in our Avebury Printworks shop are created using a print-on-demand service. We partner with Printify, who handle all printing, packing, and delivery. Because each product is printed individually, postage costs are determined by Printify and vary based on:

• Product type
• Parcel size/weight
• Destination

You will see the exact postage charge at checkout. Please note that items may be sent in separate parcels if they require different packaging.
