Sarsen stone is a very local Avebury stone: it is born within the heart chakra of the Earth and thus helps us to connect very strongly with the earth. This is an amazing stone that helps us function at the heart level, instead of the brain level.

Wherever you are, this special stone helps you connect with Avebury and the region around. The standing stones of Avebury are sarsen stone, most of Stonehenge stones are also sarsen stones, and they all come from the Avebury area.

Sarsen is a sandstone, which are normally very soft and brittle, but this stone went through a number of ice ages, which made it one of the most resilient stones in the UK – a property it will happily share with you!
